Step 1– Go to icicibank.com in your browser
Step 2– Click on the login tab on the right section of the homepage
Step 3– Enter your user ID or corporate ID followed by your password then click submit
If the login credentials are correct, you will be directed to the dashboard of your online banking account.
Note: password is case sensitive. Make sure that you’re using the right case.
Don’t worry if you have forgotten your password. ICICI Bank allows its customers to reset their passwords at anytime. If you would like to change your password, proceed as follows:
Step 1- Click on the login tab on the homepage to go to the login page
Step 2- Click on Forgot Password just below the login area
Step 3- Enter your user ID and confirm email ID then select which password you want to reset and the last passcode you remember.
Once you send your request, a password will be automatically generated and sent to your registered email instantly. You will need to login with the temporary password and then change it to the one you would like to use.
Enroll for ICICI Online Banking
ICICI Bank allows its customers to signup for online bank service. All you need is to have an active checking account or savings account. Although there is no option to fill and online enrollment form, you can still register as a new user by following the steps below:
Step 1– On the login page, click on “New User? Register now” just below the login area
Step 2 – Download the CIB application form then fill it and take it to the local ICICI branch
Note: if you so wish, you can add a new user by downloading and filling the CIB application for addition of a new user.
